These terms apply to visitors and to organizations that create an account. Your organization’s administrator may accept terms on behalf of users where applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services—including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization, interfering with other customers, or using the Services in violation of law.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is risk to the platform, other customers, or compliance obligations.
Fees, trial periods, renewals, and taxes (where applicable) are described at checkout and in your plan documentation. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process shown in the product.
We may modify the Services or these terms with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Except for rights expressly granted, Premier Books and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and underlying technology. You retain rights in data you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you choose to send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to improve the Services without obligation to you.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited as set forth in your subscription agreement or order form, or where none exists, to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws designated in your commercial agreement, or otherwise by the laws applicable to the contracting entity stated in your order or signup flow, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
